· Completion of this form is not, in any way, binding on either party at this stage and particularly does not bind Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association Ltd to make any firm offer of housing or prevent me/us from seeking housing elsewhere.
· Permission under the Data Protection Act is given to Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association to obtain information from any relevant party for the purpose of verifying current and previous housing circumstances and for assessing your housing needs and requirement.
All information contained in this application will be treated in strictest confidence.
· I also agree to advise Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association of any change in circumstances which may affect this application.
· I understand that any false or misleading information deliberately withheld may result in any of the following:
(i) My application being cancelled
(ii) The offer of tenancy being withdrawn
(iii) Where a tenancy has been granted, the Association will seek repossession
