Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association has appointed Daniel Wilson as its new director, effective from 4 March 2024.
The interview panel unanimously agreed that Mr Wilson possesses all the desired skills and attributes required to lead the organisation forward in achieving its values and objectives.
Mr Wilson brings with him a substantial track record in management, governance, innovation, and customer service within the housing sector with over eighteen years experience of working within social housing. He said: “I am both grateful and excited by this opportunity to join a high-performing RSL with a great reputation. “I look forward to working with the committee, staff, and tenants to continue the excellent service that has been developed at Kingsridge Cleddans and to deliver for the people of Drumchapel.”
Elaine Shaw, chair of Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association’s committee and the interview panel, added: “We are delighted to welcome Daniel as our new director. We are confident that Daniel has the skills, abilities, and commitment to take on this key role. “We are looking forward to working with him as the Association continues in its mission to manage and maintain our properties to the highest standards and deliver an efficient customer-focused housing management and asset management service to our residents.”
